If there has been an error with your order or you received a faulty/damaged item, please contact us immediately. 1.  Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault. We may not be able to provide a refund if you do.
2.  Do not discard any item unless we direct you to do so, and we may require pictorial evidence of this.
3.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, our sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
4. Please inform us within 7 days after finding a fault or having a change of mind. We will endeavour to process your refund within 5-7 working days.

3. Orders with Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We urge you to provide accurate shipping information during checkout to avoid delays or missed deliveries.

Reshipping Fee: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will incur an additional fee. This fee must be cleared before the order is dispatched again.

No Refunds: Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details will not be refunded.
